Public comments are sought on proposed land use regulation changes, according to Eagle County’s Community Development Department. A full rewrite is scheduled to begin later this year and the proposed amendments are focused on “improving internal processes while clarifying expectations for customers; balancing public input procedures by increasing public notice and bringing regulations into conformance with state and federal requirements.”
